Hello, I'm Harry Santerian, Founder and President of SANTERIAN a Real Estate Investment, Development and Management Company.

After many years of private real estate investing with great success and amazing

repeated results in the commercial real estate sector, I decided it was time to open this opportunity to other investors seeking an alternative path to growing their portfolio.

Over the years, I've honed my skills for seeking just the right deals, underwriting, managing, and the most important part, developing the property, all while striving to create greater value for both my partners and our tenants.

My previous background with a Business Administration degree in Management from Temple University, combined with over two decades in a high-end specialty retail industry, has helped me understand both sides of the business coin between the tenants and management.
